			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Grecia este o tara ospitaliera, iar gastronomia ei se bucura de o recunoastere internationala. Mancarurile nu sunt sofisticate, dar sunt preparate cu mult rafinament. Bucataria traditionala greceasca isi are radacinile in culturile vecine din Orientul Mijlociu, Balcani si Turcia. Preparatele sunt pe baza de vegetale cu efecte energizante si afrodisiace, iar carnea se afla pe locul secund, cea mai folosita fiind cea de vaca si a diferitor pasari de curte. Carnea de miel si de ied se prepara, mai ales, cu ocazia sarbatorilor si a festivalurilor. Datorita deschiderii la mare, in bucataria greceasca au patruns multe preparate pe baza de fructe de mare, peste si icre.</p>
<p>Nu putem vorbi de gastronimia greceasca, fara sa amintim de celebrul ulei de masline. La nivel mondial, Grecia detine locul I in ceea ce priveste consumul de ulei de masline pe cap de locuitor. Cel mai apreciat este uleiul de masline extravirgin, care rezulta din prima presare a maslinelor. Copacul de maslin este considerat un simbol al statorniciei si este protejat cu sfintenie de locuitori.<img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-75" title="100_0443" src="http://tomica2md.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/100_04432.jpg" alt="100_0443" width="349" height="264" />Climatul Greciei este favorabil si pentru cresterea citricelor: lamai, portocali, kumquati, care cresc din belsug, mai ales, pe Insula Corfu.</p>
<p>Secretul multor preparate grecesti consta in iscusinta cu care bucatarii folosesc ierburile si mirodeniile proaspete: cimbru, busuioc, marar, menta, rozmarin, oregano, usturoi etc.</p>
<p>Branzeturile ocupa un loc de seama la masa greceasca, situandu-se printre cele mai fine din lume. Feta este cea mai cunoscuta si apreciata, poate fi folosita la prepararea salatelor, a aperitivelor, sau poate fi servita impreuna cu fructe.</p>
<p>Poate cele mai cunoscute mancaruri grecesti sunt gustarile, numite “mezedes”, ce includ preparate la gratar, fructe de mare, salate, brazeturi, vinete sau ardei copti, sosuri, masline.</p>
<p>Tipurile de mezedes difera de la o regiune la alta. Spre exemlplu in Grecia insulara veti putea gusta “mezedes” alcatuite din fructe de mare, iar in Grecia continentala mai mult salate, ce contin braza feta si masline. Oriunde, insa nu ati ospata, in tara lui Homer, veti gasi intotdeauna tzatziki si horiatiki.</p>

Noi suntem mâncători de pâine, ne place pâinea”, a declarat Zoltan Panczel, directorul general al companiei Fornetti Romania. Statisticile Euromonitor arata ca romanii consuma intr-un an aproximativ 110 kg de paine, mai mult decat britanicii sau austriecii (45kg). In tarile estice consumul mediu este de 83 kg anual, iar in cele vestice este de 66 kg.</p>
<p>Preşedintele Asociaţiei Patronale din industria de Panificatie, Rompan, Aurel Popescu, citat de Business Magazin, afirma că anual, în România, sunt consumate aproximativ 144.000 de tone de produse de patiserie. “Explicaţia cererii mari de pateuri stă în înclinaţia românilor pentru consumul de produse de panificaţie. În ultimii ani, cea mai importantă decizie a producătorilor a fost aceea de a crea produse special adaptate gusturilor româneşti”.</p>
<p>Riscuri pentru sanatate: Piata din Romania a permis o largire extrem de mare a comertului cu precongelate de patiserie. In fiecare dimineata, cand ne indreptam spre scoala sau servici, vedem cozi mari in fata magazinelor de patiserii, situate in metrou, la coltul strazii, sau in apropierea statiilor de autobuse.</p>
<p>Pretul acceptabil si aromele ne indeamna sa nu ocolim aceste magazine, insa nu ne gandim cat debenefice sunt pentru organismul nostru. Daca aceste produse sunt consumate cu regularitate, si in special dimineata, aportul de grasimi este mai mare decat cel al caloriilor, iar in timp rezultatul nefast la grasimilor devine vizibil.</p>
<p> Produsele de patiserie contin uleiuri trans care provoaca obezitate, boli de inima, cancer, diabet, creste LDL- colesterolul (rau). Efectele cancerigene apar datorita prajirii ( mai ales prajirea repetata).</p>
<p>Pentru a avea grija de sanatatea noastra este necesar sa limitam consumul produselor care contin uleiuri vegetale hidrogenate. Acestea pot fi ascunse in alimentele ce intra in categoria junk food: chipsuri, prajituri, precongelate de patiserie, inghetata.</p>

<p align="left"><strong><em>Atentie!</em></strong>  In timpul celor 7 zile de dieta este complet interzis consumul de alcool si sunt recomandate minimum 10 pahare de apa plata pe zi.</p>
<p><strong>Luni</strong>: se consuma numai fructe, mai putin banane. Este recomandat pepenele, si in special, cel rosu. Daca te limitezi la a manca doar pepene, sansele de a pierde in greutate cresc.</p>
<p><strong>Marti</strong>: Se consuma numai legume. Se pot manca orice tip si in orice cantitate, crude sau fierte. Se recomanda ca, la micul dejun, sa se manance un cartof fiert cu 10 grame de margarina.</p>
<p><strong>Miercuri</strong>: Se consuma fructe si legume la alegere, indiferent de cantitate. Sunt interzise bananele si cartofii.</p>
<p><strong>Joi</strong>: Se consuma banane si lapte. Sunt recomandate 8 banane si pana la 3 pahare de lapte. Poti consuma in cantitate nelimitata si din supa speciala a carei reteta va fi prezentata mai jos.</p>
<p><strong>Vineri</strong>: Se consuma carne de vita si rosii. Se mananca pana la 2 portii de cate 300 grame de carne de vita slaba cu 6 rosii preparate in orice fel. In aceasta zi trebuie marita cantitatea de apa consumata cu inca 3 pahare.</p>
<p><strong>Sambata</strong>: Se consuma tot carne de vita, dar cu legume. Nu exista limita la cantitate.</p>
<p><strong>Duminica</strong>: In aceasta zi se recomanda orez, suc de portocale si oricate legume.</p>

Acest regim ofera zilnic oraganismului intre 30 si 50 grame  fibre vegetale, cantitate recomandata de nutritionisti. In mod normal, consumul nostru zilnic se situeaza intre 15 si 20 g pe zi. Acest regim permite scaderea foarte rapida in greutate, in masura in care o anumita proportie din caloriile ingerate la fiecare masa nu sunt asimilate. Prin urmare, datorita senzatiei de plenitudine pe care o confera fibrele vegetale, va fi un regim destul de usor de urmat.</p>
<p><strong>Atentie!</strong> Acest regim nu trebuie sa fie urmat de catre cei care prezinta boli intestinale: colon iritabil, diverticulita, diverse colite, boala Crohn.</p>
<p><strong>Alimente bogate in fibre</strong>:</p>
<p> prune uscate, caise uscate, cereale complete, migdale, gutui, mazare, fasole alba fiarta, fasole verde, mere, pere, paine completa, paine alba, morcovi, nuci.</p>

<p><strong>* Seara</strong>- morcovi rasi cu telina, amestecati cu un ioaurt slab, 2 nuci, un mar.</p>

<p align="left"><strong>* Pranz</strong>- fasole uscata, alba, fiarta, mixata, cu sare si apa in care a fiert, cu 100 g ficatei de pui fierti, un mar;</p>
<p align="left"><strong>*Seara</strong>- 3 nuci, un iaurt slab, 2 morcovi ( se poate face un amestec din aceste 3 alimente, morcovii fiind rasi)</p>

<p align="left"><strong>* Dimineata</strong>-<strong> </strong>3 prune uscate, un ardei gras umplut cu branza de vaci, o felie de paine de secara;</p>
<p align="left"><strong>* Pranz</strong>- mazare fiarta cu sos de rosii, piept de pui la gratar, o felie de paine de secara, o para;</p>
<p align="left"><strong>* Seara</strong>- morcovi rasi cu telina si iaurt slab, 3 nuci, o gutuie.</p>

<p>Un restaurant cu specific romanesc din centrul istoric al Brasovului va asteapta cu multa mancare gustoasa si o servire de calitate. </p>
<p>Ratatuille va recomanda sa gustati din ciorbele aromate si fripturile pe care le fac bucatarii de la <strong>Ceasu&#8217; Rau</strong>, iar daca vreti sa mancati un piept de pui la gratar, neaparat solicitati si garnitura de cartofi taranesti. Sunt pur si simplu deliciosi. </p>
